Tv advertising was first discovered by the Greeks and Egyptions however America was first to advertise it. The first countries to start tv advertising was the U.S, which broadcasted July 1 in 1941. The watchmaker Bulova paid 9m for a place on the New York Station before a baseball game. Then In 1955 the first tv advert was aired in the U.K on ITV on the 21st of September advertising a toothpaste.
