In order to collect audience feed back we created some questions and made a vox pop. From our vox pop we learned that our trailer clearly showed which genre it belonged to and succeeded in creating tension and fear within them as they viewed the trailer (which is what we as directors intended). The audience specifically commented on the audio that we used stating that it was effective in setting the scene as well as increasing in intensity In key parts of the trailer which allowed them to enjoy it much more. Overall we had positive feedback except for a scene in which we depicted a flower being alive and then dead. This confused them, as they did not understand our reasons for this. If I was to re-do this then I would add in a shot of John Doe’s view of the flower and then the female characters view of the flower to show that this is how each character sees the flower, however this did in fact intrigue the viewers more to the web series as they had to think about what would happen next and why it was like that.
